At Knix, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most eligible items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel must be in its original, unopened packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
